The COBA Flooring team assisted Loftus Versfeld Stadium with a brand-new logo mat runner for the tunnel as they run out onto the field. Locals know Loftus as one of the main stadiums in South Africa, home to the Super Rugby franchise the Bulls and the Currie Cup side Blue Bulls. The South Africa national rugby union team has played several test matches at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
The Blue Bulls made history as the first team to win the Currie Cup twice in one year. They secured the title by defeating the Sharks 26–19 after extra time in the final at Loftus Versfeld, Pretoria, on 30 January 2021. Traditionally a winter tournament, the Currie Cup started later in the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, extending into the summer of January 2021. The Bulls claimed the title again on 1 September 2021, crushing the Sharks 44–10 with the largest margin ever in a Currie Cup final.
